PRODUCT LINES

• Classic 7000
  Durable and long lasting, this aluminum-framed panel easily accomodates veneers, wood moldings, high-pressure laminates and a variety of other decorative elements.
  
  Retractable top and bottom seals provide constant seal force for optimum sound control and panel stability.  Bottom seals are available in 1-3/4" or 4" clearances to accomodate out-of-level floors.
  
  Full-perimeter alumium frame provides edge protection that also helps keep panel faces clean longer as it provides a handhold during operation.  Standard aluminum frame frame colors are bronze or clear anodized aluminum, and custom paint or color anodizing is also available.
  
  
  
• Pathfinder 5000R
  The most popular, economical, steel-framed panel in the Hufcor line of operable partitions.
  
  With a fixed top sweep and retractable bottom seal that's activated by a waist-high mechanism, panel users appreciate the convenience of not having to bend over to activate the drop seals.
  
  Standard panel faces are vinyl on steel or gypsum, however, the panel construction can accomodate chalk, tack or projection/markerboard surfaces as well as carpeted or fabric-covered faces.
  
  Vertical trim is standard, providing a handhold when moving the panels, but can be deleted to provide a monolithic look to the operable wall.
  
  
  
  
  
  
• Spectrum 6000 & Fire Rated
  At 4" thich, the Spectrum 6000 is the heavy-duty workhorse of the Hufcor line.
  
  Retractable top and bottom seals allow for ease in moving the panels.  When extended, they exert constant seal force for optimum soound control and panel stability.
  
  The standard models are often customized to accomodate special requirements.  Heights up to 60', perforated steel paces, optional full-height vertical trim(3) and the availability of either 1-1/2" or 4" retractable bottom seals allow the 6000 Series to adapt to any job site condition.
  
  A 3" thick 6003 Series "junior" version is also available when an all-steel panels is specified but fire-rating is not required or the ceiling height is less than 20 feet.
  
  Both the 6000 and the 6003 have a waist-high drop seal acuator mechanism for operation convenience.
  
  
  
• Gymwall 5900E/6900E/7900E
  Hufcor's Gymwall is designed for ease, affordability, and stacking in a minimal space.
  
  Electrically operated, steel faced panels are designed to endure daily use and the bottom seals will not mar gym floors.
  
  Manually operated (5905M/6903M) trains are also available where motors are not required. 
  
  
  
• Operable Glasswall
  A creative solution for facilities needing a physical, not visual barrier. 
  
  Glasswall can section off storefronts, meeting rooms and offices without requiring a floor track which can collect debris and pose a safety hazard.  Hufcor Glasswall is suspended from our pateented, capacity certified overhead track and carrier system.
  
  Glasswall panels can be customized with a variety of glass surfaces, framed or frameless, acoustic or weather-resistant, specialty textures and custom etching as well as straight or curved track layouts.

• Unispan
  Unispan is an independant support system for buildings with inadequate overhead support to accomodate the weight of operable partitions or accordion doors.
  
  This system can be installed in widths up to 39' 9" and partition heights of 10 feet.  Unispan is not a permanent system, so it can be moved to another location to accomodate future needs.
  
  
  
• Accordion Partitions
  The fastest and most economical way to divide and organize space and sound, Hufcor Accordion partitions provide instant privacy.
  
  Rigid, 5-ply laminated impact-resistant covers provide durable sound resistance.  These replaceable covers wrap around a precision-engineered steel internal pantograph which assures ease of movement, even through  intersections and curves.
  
  Available in non-acoustical and accoustical rated models for optimum sound deadening and increased durability.
  
  
  
• Mobile Partitions
  Economical and lightweight, Hufcor's individual portable panels are self-contained and easy to move.
  
  Spring-loaded top seals nest into ceiling clips or spline and cam locks are provided for  panel-to-panel alignment.
  
  2-inch thick panels are available up to 14 feet in height.
  
  ROOMMATES are part-high sight dividers on mobile casters.  These panels are hinged together in a train, and unfold easily to create rooms within rooms.  Roommates are ideal for school and church classrooms that need further sub-dividing.
  
  
  
  
• Maintenance and Service Contracts
  All Hufcor product are covered with a comprehensive 2-year manufacturer's warranty.  Gardiner C Vose, Inc. is your source for continued service, repairs and retrofitting of all Hufcor products as well as many other manufacturers operable partition systems. 
  
  Gardiner C Vose, Inc. offers a standard Preventative Maintenance Agreement which keeps your operable walls in optimum condition years after their installation. 
  
  By simple maintenance procedures that can usually be completed in one business day, we can extend the life of your operable walls as well as prevent costly repairs before the damage happens.
  
  
• Retrofitting and Recovering Services
  Gardiner C Vose, Inc. is also your resource for system retrofitting and panel recovering.  If you decide to redecorate, redesign or add on to your existing operable partitions, we can provide you with a variety of economical and creative fabrics, vinyls and accoustical carpeting to fit your design and budget.
